And as far as sister La Toya and brother Randy Jackson are concerned, Dr. Murray isn't the only one who should have to answer for the loss of their brother.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson is inside the courtroom at the Airport courthouse near the Los Angeles International Airport in LA where Michael Jackson's doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, has been charged with manslaughter.
2:28 PM: Judge tells Dr. Murray he can practice medicine anywhere in the U.S. that he is licensed to practice.... But he can't administer anesthesia.
2:17 PM: Got tense. Dr. can prescribe pain medications but no anesthesia.
